John Harvey, Staff Engineer
John has professional experience in studio recording, live sound reinforcement, rehearsal studio management, artist management, and as a musician. He attended the Institute of Audio Research and Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts. He has worked at Right Track Recording as an assistant engineer and at Electric Lady Studios as an intern.

John is available to engineer all projects, but any qualified engineer is welcome to work at Top Hat.

Mary Podio, Assistant Engineer and Studio Tech
Mary assists on many of the sessions at the studio. Her services help your session run more smoothly and efficiently. In addition, she wired our patchbay and keeps our gear in top condition.

Ron Ellis, Business Manager
Ron is available to answer your questions about our rates and book your session. He can handle any scheduling or billing questions - outside the control room, so you and the engineer can focus on making music.
